Responsibilities
- Participate in developing patient-specific assessments and care plans.
- Provide patient and family education on disease processes and care needs.
- Collaborate with patient care teams, physicians, and other medical providers.
- Mentor and educate co-workers to enhance care delivery.
- Report changes in patients' conditions and communicate updates to the medical team.
Qualifications
- Current RN licensure in Nevada.
- Minimum 1 year of recent nursing experience, or completion of Nurse Residency Program.
- Valid CPR certification and recent TB/PPD test results.
- Skills assessment specific to relevant experience.
