Job Description
We are looking for dedicated Pediatric Registered Nurses with Vent Experience to join our team at NurseCore Management Services LLC. As a Pediatric RN, you will provide compassionate care to children aged from infants to 18 years old in the Las Vegas/Henderson and North Las Vegas areas. Working closely with patients and their families, you will play a crucial role in delivering quality healthcare services.
Responsibilities
- Participate in developing and updating patient-specific assessments and care plans.
- Educate patients and families on disease processes and care needs.
- Collaborate with the patient's care team and medical providers.
- Record and report changes in patient conditions.
- Communicate effectively with families, providing support and guidance.
- Update medical conditions to physicians and Clinical Director.
- Mentor and educate colleagues.
Qualifications
- Current RN licensure in Nevada.
- Minimum 1-year experience as an RN in the last 3 years or completion of Nurse Residency Program.
- Current CPR certification and negative TB/PPD.
- Successful completion of skills assessments.
