Overview:
Join our KBBH team located in Southern Oregon as a Program Manager. You will play a vital role in supervising staff and ensuring program compliance with regulatory standards while providing compassionate care to children and youth.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise staff to deliver services in compliance with state regulations and ethical standards.
- Coordinate with community providers for seamless care transition for youth.
- Facilitate positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Participate in hiring, training, and problem resolution processes.
- Maintain professionalism in high-stress situations and crisis management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, sociology, or related field.
- Minimum two years of program management experience in care services.
- Valid Oregon driver's license and insurable driving record.
