As a Project Engineer, you will lead the technical aspects of engineering projects, design process equipment, provide engineering support, and oversee equipment installations. You will work closely with the Engineering Manager to achieve project goals and ensure company satisfaction. Responsibilities

  • Understand technical specifications provided by the Engineering Manager.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, evaluate quotes, and recommend solutions.
  • Manage equipment installation and process implementation.
  • Collaborate with maintenance and production teams to launch new equipment and production lines.
  • Provide training to operators and technicians on equipment operation.
  • Identify process and equipment optimization opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
  • Offer technical guidance to stakeholders and customers.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
  • Provide technical information to support company objectives.

Requirements

  • Flexible schedule availability.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in Engineering & Plant Manufacturing.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and technical software like AutoCAD.
  • Ability to work with foreign suppliers.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to make timely decisions and work efficiently under pressure.
  • Commitment to safety, punctuality, and productivity.
  • Physical ability to work in various conditions and lift up to 50 pounds.
