Responsibilities

  • Provide direct instruction and support using Applied Behavior Analysis techniques.
  • Facilitate community and on-site activities based on behavior support plans.
  • Implement and maintain progress tracking for Individual Education/Service Plans.
  • Organize student-accessed environments and ensure a safe and conducive setting.
  • Maintain RBT certification and adherence to professional standards.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age with US work authorization.
  • Hold a Registered Behavioral Technician Certificate.
  • Experience in special education and working with individuals with autism.
  • Ability to pass necessary background checks and certifications.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
