Join the Boy Scouts of America as a Store Manager at the Jacksonville Scout Shop. In this role, you will oversee all store operations, drive sales, and uphold the values of the organization. Essential Job Functions
- Oversee day-to-day store operations through effective staff management.
- Lead and motivate Sales Associates to enhance sales performance and customer satisfaction.
- Train and develop a knowledgeable team of product specialists.
- Maintain store inventory and implement visual merchandising standards.
- Evaluate staff performance, provide feedback, and address any issues promptly.
- Participate in recruiting and interviewing Sales staff.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- 2+ years of retail management experience.
- 3+ years of retail sales experience.
- Excellent customer service and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of the Scouting program is a plus.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
Operating Hours
- Monday: 9am - 6pm.
- Tuesday - Friday: 9am - 5pm.
- Saturday: 9am - 2pm.
- Sunday: CLOSED.
Compensation
Hourly Pay Rate: $21.50
