Essential Job Functions

  • Oversee day-to-day store operations through effective staff management.
  • Lead and motivate Sales Associates to enhance sales performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Train and develop a knowledgeable team of product specialists.
  • Maintain store inventory and implement visual merchandising standards.
  • Evaluate staff performance, provide feedback, and address any issues promptly.
  • Participate in recruiting and interviewing Sales staff.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of retail management experience.
  • 3+ years of retail sales experience.
  • Excellent customer service and leadership skills.
  • Knowledge of the Scouting program is a plus.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.

Operating Hours

  • Monday: 9am - 6pm.
  • Tuesday - Friday: 9am - 5pm.
  • Saturday: 9am - 2pm.
  • Sunday: CLOSED.

Compensation

Hourly Pay Rate: $21.50
