School- Based Occupational Therapist

As part of our team, you will collaborate with stakeholders to assess student needs, develop intervention plans, and implement strategies to help students succeed.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with school partners and practitioners to evaluate student needs and develop intervention plans.
• Design and implement 504 and IEP goals for students.
• Lead parent meetings and annual IEP meetings.
• Provide professional development to enhance the efficacy of interventions.

Requirements

• National Board Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) and active TN State license.
• Experience working in public schools with diverse student populations.
• Pass a background check before employment.

Bonus Points

• Fluency in a global language (especially Spanish, Somali, or Arabic).
