Job Description

Matheny School and Hospital is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team in Frelinghuysen, NJ. The Community Services Registered Nurse will provide professional nursing care to community residents, ensuring continuity of care and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary nurse for a caseload of community residents.
  • Provide skilled nursing care and coordinate care plans.
  • Facilitate teamwork between nurses, DSPs, and clinical departments.
  • Conduct staff training and education on resident health issues.
