Responsibilities
- Utilize the nursing process to provide care in collaboration with healthcare providers.
- Be accountable for professional development within legal care boundaries.
- Act as a patient advocate, ensuring safe care delivery and participating in improvement activities.
- Reflect organizational values in nursing care delivery.
Qualifications
- Ohio RN license.
- Graduate from an accredited nursing school (NLN, ACEN, or CCNE).
- Preferred Bachelor of Science in Nursing within 5 years of hire.
- Recent refresher course completion for nurses returning to acute care after 5+ years.
- BLS certification required; ACLS, NRP, PALS as per unit practice.
