Registered Nurse

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join Pediatric Associates of Greater Salem Inc. As the Care Team Nurse, you will play a pivotal role in providing high-quality care to pediatric patients by managing operations, overseeing high-risk cases, offering patient education, and performing direct care and laboratory services.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate expertise in infection control and pediatric care.
• Assess and address the physical, emotional, and socio-economic needs of patients and families.
• Provide urgent care, triage, and crisis management both in-office and via telephone.
• Utilize EMR for accurate documentation, communication, and care planning.
• Administer vaccines, medications, and perform medical procedures efficiently.
• Coordinate post-hospitalization follow-up and care services.
• Maintain up-to-date pediatric care knowledge and adhere to practice policies.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a care team setting.
• Proficiency in handling sensitive medical information and EMR systems.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program and a current RN or LPN license in Massachusetts.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and adherence to nursing standards.
