Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and implement client care following facility and NurseCore standards
• Maintain competency through ongoing continuing education
• Administer and record medications, carry out prescribed treatments
• Admit and discharge patients as directed with respect for patients' rights and confidentiality
• Perform any other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure with the State Board of Nursing in the State of _____
• 1-year experience as a Registered Nurse in the last 3 years in a supervised setting
• Current CPR certification in compliance with the American Heart Association standards
• Negative TB/PPD or Chest X-Ray within the last 12 months
• Successful completion of the skills assessment
