RN - Kettering - Acute Care Neuroscience - FT/Nights

We are hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Acute Care Neuroscience team at Kettering Health Network in Kettering, OH. This is a full-time position working nights at our main campus. As part of our not-for-profit health system, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care to our patients and contributing to their well-being at all stages of life.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to provide comprehensive care to patients in collaboration with healthcare providers.
• Be accountable for professional development and practice within legal scope of care.
• Act as a patient advocate to ensure safe care delivery, including delegation of care and participation in improvement activities.
• Reflect the organization's missions, vision, and values in the delivery of nursing care.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Ohio.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing school; preference for a Bachelor of Science in Nursing within 5 years of hire.
• BLS certification required.
• Additional certifications such as ACLS, NRP, or PALS as per unit requirements.
