Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care in collaboration with healthcare providers.
• Advocate for patients and participate in practice improvement activities.
• Reflect the organization's values in the provision of nursing care.

Qualifications

• Ohio RN license.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing school.
• BSN preferred within 5 years of hire.
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NRP, PALS as per unit requirements.
• Refresher course for return to acute care after 5+ years.

Incentives
