Robotics Service/Maintenance Technician

Job Description

Green Source Automation LLC, based in Jerome, Idaho, is looking for an experienced Robotics Service/Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in all stages of the automated systems life cycle, from design and development to testing, installation, and ongoing support. The successful candidate should be dedicated to understanding and enhancing our automated systems' capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining Robotics Systems in the dairy industry.
• Performing biweekly maintenance on all six systems.
• Conducting weekly brush changes.
• Executing monthly preventative maintenance on ECAlogical MAX Generators.
• Following set shift work hours and days with potential on-call shifts.

Requirements

• Developing the skill set needed for maintenance tasks.
• Possessing a mechanical mindset.
• Demonstrating PC skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Understanding electrical and pneumatic schematics.
• Working with chemicals like Chlorine, Chlorine dioxide, and Iodine.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Self-motivated with excellent time management abilities.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize workloads.
• Completing paperwork accurately and on time.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Experience in troubleshooting electrical systems.
• Possessing reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
