Robotics Service/Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Robotics Service/Maintenance Technician to join our team at Green Source Automation LLC in Jerome, Idaho. As a key member of our automated systems life cycle, you will be involved in various phases such as design, development, testing, installation, start-up, and ongoing support. Your role will focus on maintaining and servicing robotics systems within the dairy industry, performing regular maintenance tasks, and ensuring the optimal functionality of our automated solutions.

Responsibilities

• Perform biweekly maintenance on all six robotics systems.
• Execute weekly brush changes to maintain system efficiency.
• Conduct monthly preventative maintenance on ECAlogical MAX Generators.
• Follow set shift work hours and prepare for occasional on-call shifts.

Requirements

• Develop the necessary skill set to perform required maintenance tasks.
• Have a mechanical aptitude and understanding of system schematics.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and basic PC skills.
• Ability to work with chemicals and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Self-motivated, with excellent time management abilities.
• Knowledge of troubleshooting electrical systems.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Compensation

Salary Range: $55,000 - $75,000 per year
