Job Description

Join our team at WDC Appliances as a Showroom Manager in Santa Barbara, CA. WDC Kitchen & Bath Center, a luxury retailer of appliances, bath fixtures, and mattresses, is seeking an experienced professional to oversee business operations, sales, order fulfillment, and employee management. We are looking for a dedicated individual to lead our showroom team of approximately seven employees.

Responsibilities

  • Develop business strategies to drive customer engagement and increase profitability
  • Lead and motivate sales staff to achieve sales targets
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction
  • Maintain store operations and compliance with company policies
  • Enhance visual merchandising standards for an outstanding showroom experience
  • Analyze market trends and propose innovative ideas for growth
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide training to staff
  • Address customer and staff concerns promptly and professionally

Requirements

  • 5 years of showroom management experience preferred
  • Demonstrated leadership and business acumen
  • Proven track record as a successful Store Manager
  • Strong customer relationship management skills
  • Excellent organizational and communication abilities
  • BS degree in Business Administration or related field desirable
