Job Description
Join our team at WDC Appliances as a Showroom Manager in Santa Barbara, CA. WDC Kitchen & Bath Center, a luxury retailer of appliances, bath fixtures, and mattresses, is seeking an experienced professional to oversee business operations, sales, order fulfillment, and employee management. We are looking for a dedicated individual to lead our showroom team of approximately seven employees.
Responsibilities
- Develop business strategies to drive customer engagement and increase profitability
- Lead and motivate sales staff to achieve sales targets
- Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction
- Maintain store operations and compliance with company policies
- Enhance visual merchandising standards for an outstanding showroom experience
- Analyze market trends and propose innovative ideas for growth
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide training to staff
- Address customer and staff concerns promptly and professionally
Requirements
- 5 years of showroom management experience preferred
- Demonstrated leadership and business acumen
- Proven track record as a successful Store Manager
- Strong customer relationship management skills
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities
- BS degree in Business Administration or related field desirable
