Job Description

We are looking for a Surgical Technologist II to join our Pineville Operating Room team at Wright Media. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring optimal conditions for sterile procedures, maintaining quality care for each patient, and contributing to a positive culture in our operating rooms.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and organize sterile equipment and supplies for surgical procedures.
• Assist surgeons and nurses during surgeries, anticipating their needs and providing support.
• Maintain a sterile environment during procedures to prevent infections and ensure patient safety.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver compassionate and efficient care to patients.

Requirements

• Certification as a Surgical Technologist.
• Previous experience in a surgical setting preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
