Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated SY24-25 Elementary School Teacher specializing in Lower Elementary (K-2nd) to join our team at Rocky Mountain Prep. As a Lead Teacher, you will play a crucial role in promoting student learning and fostering meaningful relationships in the classroom.

Responsibilities

• Use data-driven methods to drive scholar growth and proficiency.
• Collect, analyze, and utilize academic data to provide targeted instruction and interventions.
• Establish a strong classroom culture that supports student learning and growth.
• Collaborate with teammates, parents, and administrators.
• Participate in professional development sessions to enhance instructional practices.
• Model the organization's PEAK values and contribute to achieving academic goals.
• Assist with various school community tasks and duties.
• Work with Special Education teachers to ensure all students receive appropriate academic support.

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor’s and/or master’s degree in any subject.
• Completion of specific training courses and background checks.
• Valid eligibility to work in the United States.
• Educational requirements or certification in elementary education.

Preferred:

• Minimum two years of lead teaching experience.
• Experience in progress monitoring, data collection, and analysis.

Salary

This is a full-time position with a salary range of $60,000 to $94,800, based on experience and education level.
