Job Description
We are looking for a full-time 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. The position offers an average of 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage of $23.00 per hour. As a Warehouse Team Member, you will be responsible for various warehouse duties including selecting and receiving stock, organizing merchandise, loading and unloading shipments, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and assisting in inventory counts. You will collaborate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership to ensure effective communication and efficient operations.
Job Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
- Ability to interpret company policies, communicate effectively, and work both independently and as part of a team.
Education and Experience
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
Physical Requirements
- Able to lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
- Comfortable working in varying temperatures and operating powered industrial equipment.
