2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time 2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and collaborating effectively with team members and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning tasks and inventory counts.
• Cooperate with peers, suppliers, and management to enhance processes.
• Inspect product quality, safety, and sanitation issues independently.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines.
• Adhere to established procedures and policies.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate conscientious work habits and safety awareness.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors.
• Adapt positively to challenges and changes.
• Efficiently organize tasks and execute them following company standards.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely and efficiently.
