Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders effectively.
- Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
- Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically for shipment.
- Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain cleanliness standards.
- Collaborate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership to improve processes.
Job Qualifications
- 18 years or older.
- Demonstrate concern for quality, safety, and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Adapt positively to challenges and drive for success.
- Organize work efficiently, adhere to ALDI standards, and make informed decisions.
Education and Experience
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
Physical Requirements
- Lift and place products up to 45 pounds, work in varying temperatures.
- Safely operate powered industrial equipment.
