Account Executive - Commercial Leasing Agent

Job Description

As an Account Executive - Commercial Leasing Agent at E V Bishoff Company, you will work directly for the Owner, showcasing available office spaces, creating lease proposals, closing new tenant deals, and managing existing tenants' needs. It is a dynamic role that requires strong tenant relationships, familiarity with available spaces, and effective floor planning.

This is a salaried position offering $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 annually, with bonuses of $10,000-$15,000 achievable based on individual performance goals. The schedule is Monday to Friday with no weekend work required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field.
• Demonstrated success in sales.
• Proficiency in computer skills, especially email and video conferencing.
• Strong organizational, detail-oriented, and results-driven mindset.
• Excellent communication skills – verbal and written.
• Ability to quickly build rapport and effective time management.

Responsibilities

• Promptly follow up on leads from Corporate Marketing to schedule showings and secure leases.
• Develop business through our corporate neighbors' initiative.
