Agricultural Maintenance Mechanic

Job Description

Wysocki Family of Companies is looking for an experienced Agricultural Maintenance Mechanic to join our team. As a Maintenance Mechanic, you will be responsible for testing, troubleshooting, and performing maintenance on a variety of agricultural and potato conveyance equipment. The role involves working both in the maintenance shop and potentially outdoors, offering a diverse and engaging work environment.

Location

Bancroft, WI – located near Stevens Point and Wisconsin Rapids.

Working Hours

Monday-Friday with core hours from 6 AM to 4 PM. Occasional weekends and off-core hours may be required based on seasonal demands.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Driver’s License Required with an acceptable driving record.
• Experience in maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Basic tools required (company provides specialized and large tools).
• Knowledge and experience with variable frequency drives is a plus.
• Experience in maintaining potato conveyance equipment is desired.
• Basic welding and machining skills are advantageous.
• Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic theories.
