Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Appliance Service Technician to join our team at CSC Serviceworks. As an Appliance Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing mechanical repairs to washers, dryers, and air-vending machines at customer locations within your assigned region. The ideal candidate should possess excellent problem-solving skills, strong mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Service and Repair: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair various appliances, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
• Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and preventative services to optimize appliance performance.
• Customer Service: Interact with customers professionally, address concerns, and provide advice on appliance care.
• Documentation: Keep detailed records of service calls, repairs, and parts used.
• Parts and Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, order parts, and ensure resources are available for repairs.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols when working with electrical systems and appliances.

Requirements

• Valid Driver's License.
• Previous experience in appliance repair preferred.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Physical stamina and ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Basic computer skills for documentation purposes.
