Job Description

Discover Financial Services is looking for an Application Engineer (ServiceNow) to join the company's dynamic team. As a Full Stack Engineer, you will be responsible for building and releasing reliable software systems at scale. You will partner with various teams to develop and maintain full stack solutions that meet business needs. Additionally, you will play a key role in innovating, advocating for best practices, and guiding the team from inception to production.

Responsibilities

• Develop and configure solutions within ServiceNow.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and define strategic roadmaps.
• Propose opportunities for process efficiencies using knowledge of the ServiceNow Platform.
• Engage in Continuous Professional Education and Technology Academy programs.
• Contribute to design decisions and guide the team to achieve key results.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Information Technology or Engineering.
• Technical proficiency rating of competent on the Dreyfus engineering scale.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience implementing multiple ServiceNow capabilities.
• ServiceNow certifications and knowledge of React, Redux, and Java frameworks.
• Understanding of software testing principles.

Compensation

Base pay ranges from $86,500.00 to $146,100.00, with additional incentives based on factors like location, experience, and education.
