Assistant Manager - Construction Field Services

Bowser-Morner Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Toledo-based construction materials engineering and testing services. In this role, you will assist in managing technical and administrative services, coordinating construction materials technicians, administrators, and engineering support staff to ensure project success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Budgeting & Quoting: Prepare quotes, review project requirements, and coordinate subcontractor services.
  • Project Management: Interpret specifications, resolve issues, and oversee field inspections.
  • Staff Management & Development: Train staff, evaluate performance, and ensure compliance with standards.
  • Account Management & Business Development: Review client base, participate in professional societies, and assist in business growth.

Education and Experience Requirements

  • B.S Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • 4-7 years of experience in construction materials testing or engineering.
  • Engineering Internship and Professional Engineering License are desirable.
