Brooksby Village by Erickson Senior Living, a prominent continuing care retirement community near Boston, is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join its Dining Team. As a key member of the leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing various dining areas, supervising staff, ensuring exceptional service, and contributing to the overall efficiency of the restaurant operations.
Responsibilities
- Supervise, train, and develop dining room staff to maintain high service standards.
- Ensure proper food portioning, attractive presentation, and adherence to service protocols.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen, storage, and dining areas.
- Promote safety practices and compliance with policies and procedures.
- Participate in enhancing resident and employee satisfaction programs.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in dining room management.
- Bachelor's degree in Restaurant Management or Hospitality (or equivalent).
- Ability to lead multiple dining rooms and a sizable staff.
- Holder of relevant food service license or certificate.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
