Job Description

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking caring individuals to join our team as Caregivers. As a Care Manager, you will provide quality care and services to residents in our assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods. Your responsibilities will include building relationships, assisting with daily activities, participating in care planning, and ensuring a safe and enriching environment for our residents.

Responsibilities

• Build meaningful relationships with seniors and their families.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living and individual care needs.
• Participate in care planning and blend multi-sensory experiences into residents' day.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a positive community environment.
• Respond to residents' dining needs with hospitality and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Dedication and passion for serving seniors.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• High school diploma/GED required.
• Previous experience with seniors preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.
