Job Description
We are looking for a driven Sales Associate to join our Sales and Marketing team at Fox Run Village by Erickson Senior Living. As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in marketing the Erickson lifestyle to potential prospects and analyzing key metrics to guide them through the sales process.
Responsibilities
- Engage with prospects through various sales activities including phone calls, face-to-face meetings, and group sales.
- Influence prospects with strategic messaging and tactics to showcase the benefits of Erickson Senior Living.
- Build and maintain customer relationships that lead to revenue generation.
- Implement follow-up and retention strategies to enhance resident appointments and satisfaction.
- Maintain the integrity of customer data in the CRM system.
Requirements
- AA degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field required (Bachelors’ degree preferred).
- Prior sales and/or marketing experience is advantageous.
- Experience with longer sales cycles (12 – 18 months) is highly valued.
- Demonstrated proficiency in technology.
