As a Care Manager, you will have the privilege of providing high-quality care and services to residents in our assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods. Your responsibilities will include building relationships with seniors and their families, assisting with daily activities, developing Individualized Service Plans, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living and individual care needs.
• Participate in the development of Individualized Service Plans.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and Risk Management programs.
• Provide high-quality dining experiences for residents and guests.

Qualifications

• Dedication and passion for serving seniors.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• High School diploma/GED accepted.
• Previous experience working with seniors preferred.
