Job Description

We are hiring a CRMA (Certified Residential Medication Aide) at Sunrise Senior Living. As a Medication Care Manager, you will play a critical role in administering medications and treatments to residents while upholding the highest standards of care. Your responsibilities will include medication administration, documentation, and resident care to ensure the well-being of our residents.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments in a safe and organized manner.
• Document medication administration and maintain accurate records.
• Provide resident care in accordance with Sunrise Senior Living's mission and values.
• Communicate effectively with the care team and residents.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state/provincial, and local laws and regulations.

Requirements

• Active CRMA certification in the State of Maine.
• High School diploma/GED.
• Previous experience working with seniors preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions in challenging situations.
