Job Description
We are currently seeking compassionate individuals to join our team at Sunrise Senior Living as Caregivers. As a Care Manager, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and services to a group of residents in our assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods. Your role will involve building meaningful relationships, assisting with daily living activities, and ensuring the well-being of our residents.
Responsibilities
- Build relationships with seniors and their families, attending to their care needs and preferences.
- Monitor residents' conditions and recommend adjustments in care levels.
- Participate in the development of Individualized Service Plans and ensure their implementation.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of residents, complying with regulations and safety standards.
- Assist residents in life skills and enriching activities.
Qualifications
- Dedication and passion for serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
- Positive attitude, flexibility, and ability to work effectively in a team.
- High School diploma/GED; certifications may be required in some states.
- Previous experience working with seniors is preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
