Job Description

Join the Sunrise Senior Living team as a Care Manager (CNA, HHA, or PCA) and make a difference in the lives of seniors in our assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods. You will provide personalized care, build relationships with residents and families, and contribute to their well-being and quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living and individual care needs.
• Observe and report changes in residents' conditions to management.
• Create and implement personalized service plans.
• Ensure residents' safety, well-being, and comfort throughout the shift.
• Participate in life enriching activities and maintain hospitality and service standards.

Qualifications

• Dedication and passion for serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
• Positive attitude, flexibility, and ability to work in a team environment.
• High School diploma/GED, certifications as required by state regulations.
• Previous experience working with seniors is preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
