Job Description

Bayview Building Materials is looking for a proactive Branch Manager to oversee our store operations. The ideal candidate will drive sales, ensure exceptional customer service, and lead a team to meet and exceed performance targets. This position offers the opportunity to manage all aspects of branch operations while fostering a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a customer-focused culture among staff.
  • Implement sales strategies to achieve or surpass the branch's Annual Operating Plan.
  • Ensure compliance with safety programs and operational procedures.
  • Supervise all facets of branch operations, including inventory, deliveries, and personnel management.
  • Analyze branch results and utilize data to drive sales and improve inventory control.

Requirements

  • 4-10 years of related experience.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to meet physical requirements of the role.
