Job Description
Bayview Building Materials is looking for a proactive Branch Manager to oversee our store operations. The ideal candidate will drive sales, ensure exceptional customer service, and lead a team to meet and exceed performance targets. This position offers the opportunity to manage all aspects of branch operations while fostering a positive work environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a customer-focused culture among staff.
- Implement sales strategies to achieve or surpass the branch's Annual Operating Plan.
- Ensure compliance with safety programs and operational procedures.
- Supervise all facets of branch operations, including inventory, deliveries, and personnel management.
- Analyze branch results and utilize data to drive sales and improve inventory control.
Requirements
- 4-10 years of related experience.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to meet physical requirements of the role.
