Caregiver at Sunrise Senior Living

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a dedicated Caregiver to join our team and provide top-quality care and services to our residents and their families in our assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods. If you are passionate about making a difference in seniors' lives and enjoy a supportive community environment, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

• Build meaningful relationships with seniors and their families.
• Provide assistance with activities of daily living and individual care needs.
• Develop Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and monthly updates.
• Ensure residents are safe and engaged in enriching activities.
• Comply with safety regulations and promote Risk Management programs.

Qualifications

• Passion for serving seniors and excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a team, make decisions in residents' best interest, and communicate effectively.
• High School diploma/GED; certifications as required by state regulations.
• Prior experience working with seniors is preferred.
