Caregiver

Job Description

We are looking for a compassionate Caregiver to join our team at Sunrise Senior Living. As a Care Manager, you will provide personalized care and support to seniors in our assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods. Your role will involve building meaningful relationships, assisting with daily activities, and ensuring the well-being of our residents.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with seniors and their families, providing assistance with daily living activities.
• Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions, adjusting care levels as necessary.
• Participate in developing Individualized Service Plans and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Assist with dining and life enrichment activities to enhance residents' quality of life.

Qualifications

• Dedication to serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
• Positive attitude, flexibility, and ability to work in a team environment.
• High School diploma/GED, previous experience with seniors preferred.
• Strong communication, decision-making, and organizational skills.
