Job Description
At Sunrise Senior Living, we are seeking dedicated Caregivers to join our team. As a Care Manager, you will provide personalized care and support to seniors in our assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods. Your role will involve building strong relationships with residents, assisting with daily activities, and ensuring their well-being.
Responsibilities
- Build meaningful relationships with seniors and their families.
- Provide assistance with activities of daily living and individual care needs.
- Participate in the development of Individualized Service Plans.
- Ensure residents' safety and well-being throughout the shift.
- Assist in life enriching activities and dining needs.
Qualifications
- Dedication to serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a team environment.
- High School diploma/GED and relevant certifications.
- Previous experience working with seniors is preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
