Job Description

We are looking for a compassionate Caregiver to join our team at Sunrise Senior Living. As a Care Manager, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and services to residents in our assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods. Your role involves building meaningful relationships, assisting with daily activities, and ensuring the well-being of our residents.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with seniors and families, provide assistance with daily living activities, and attend to individual care needs.
• Participate in developing Individualized Service Plans and ensure residents' well-being during the shift.
• Promote a safe and enriching environment through various activities and personal care.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and community standards.

Qualifications

• Dedication to serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
• Positive attitude, flexibility, and ability to work in a team environment.
• High School diploma/GED, previous senior care experience preferred.
• Effective communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.
