Caregiver

Job Description

We are looking for a compassionate Caregiver to join Sunrise Senior Living, where you will have the privilege of brightening the lives of our residents. As a Care Manager, you will be responsible for delivering top-quality care and services to a dedicated group of seniors and their families in our assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods.

Responsibilities

• Build meaningful relationships with assigned seniors and families, assisting with daily living activities and personalized care.
• Monitor residents' conditions, recommend care adjustments, and engage them in enriching activities.
• Contribute to Individualized Service Plans (ISP) development and compliance with safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Dedication to serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
• Positive attitude, flexibility, and teamwork abilities are crucial.
• High School diploma/GED, with certifications as per state requirements.
• Experience working with seniors is preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.
