Job Description

Responsibilities
- Build relationships with seniors and their families, providing assistance with daily activities.
- Notify management of changes in residents' conditions and recommend care adjustments.
- Participate in developing Individualized Service Plans and ensure residents' well-being.
- Support residents in life skills, enriching activities, and dining needs.
Qualifications
- Dedication to serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
- Positive attitude, flexibility, and ability to work in a team environment.
- High School diploma/GED; certifications may be required.
- Previous experience working with seniors preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
