Job Description

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking compassionate Caregivers to join our team. As a Caregiver, you will provide personalized care and support to seniors in our assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods. You will have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with residents, enhance their daily living activities, and contribute to their overall well-being.

Responsibilities

• Build meaningful relationships with seniors and attend to their individual care needs.
• Assist residents in life skills activities and enriching experiences.
• Participate in developing Individualized Service Plans and ensure resident safety and well-being.
• Adhere to safety regulations and maintain Sunrise hospitality standards.

Qualifications

• Dedication and passion for serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
• Positive attitude, flexibility, and ability to work in a team environment.
• High School diploma/GED; certifications may be required based on state regulations.
• Previous experience working with seniors preferred.
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
