Job Description
Sunrise Senior Living is seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Caregivers. As a Care Manager, you will provide personalized care and support to residents in our assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods, making a meaningful difference in their lives.
Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with residents and families, assisting with daily activities and individual care needs.
- Participate in the development of Individualized Service Plans and ensure residents' well-being and safety.
- Engage residents in enriching activities and provide exceptional dining and hospitality services.
- Adhere to Sunrise's Principles of Service and promote a caring and supportive community environment.
Qualifications
- Dedication to serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
- Positive attitude, flexibility, and ability to work in a team environment.
- High School diploma/GED; certifications may be required as per state regulations.
- Previous experience working with seniors is preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.
