Case Manager

Job Summary:

This position at House of Hope Green Bay, Inc involves case management duties in the Emergency Shelter and Housing Stability programs. As a Case Manager, you will lead interns and volunteers to ensure clients receive necessary services for success while maintaining legal compliance.

Hours:

Full-time role with flexible hours, including weekends and holidays for program development and client support.

Essential Duties:

• Provide case management, housing navigation, and case plan oversight.
• Collaborate with Advocates for effective client services.
• Ensure quality programs in parenting, education, employment, and housing stability.
• Coordinate with local agencies and maintain accurate client records.
• Ensure a safe and efficient shelter environment and provide crisis intervention.

Requirements:

• Valid Wisconsin driver's license and criminal background check.
• Degree or experience in social work or related fields.
• Effective communication skills and multicultural sensitivity.
• Flexibility, teamwork, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of local housing programs is beneficial.
• Capacity to work independently and with diverse populations.
