Roundhouse Communities LLC, a leading real estate developer and manager, is looking for a dedicated individual to join our team as a Community Manager. In this role, you will oversee property operations, drive leasing strategies, manage relationships, and ensure the satisfaction of our residents. Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day property operations including maintenance, leasing, and resident relations.
  • Develop and execute leasing strategies to attract and retain residents.
  • Maintain accurate records for each property and handle financial aspects.
  • Work with regional managers to achieve property goals and objectives.
  • Manage vendor relationships and ensure cost-effective services.
  • Conduct property inspections, address maintenance issues, and handle resident concerns professionally.
  • Oversee rent collection and prepare performance reports.
  • Assist in organizing resident events and maintain compliance with housing laws.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, real estate, or related field.
  • 3-5 years experience as a Community Manager or related role.
  • Real estate license required or obtainable within 120 days.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software.
  • Knowledge of property management laws and regulations.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
