The Bungalows at Springfield East is looking for dedicated Dietary Aides to join their team. This position involves preparing and serving meals to residents with the highest standards of cleanliness and service. As a Dietary Aide, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the well-being of our residents through exceptional dining experiences.

Responsibilities

• Follow all local, state, and federal guidelines for food handling.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and health standards in food preparation and service.
• Prepare special dietary meals as required.
• Adhere to menus and use approved recipes to prepare food promptly.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/ GED required.
• Prior experience in dining hospitality or senior living preferred.
• Knowledge of infection control procedures.
• Ability to multitask, manage stress, and demonstrate effective time management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and peak service hours.
