P1 Construction, LLC. is looking for a talented Electrical Construction Project Manager to join our team in Manhattan, Kansas. As an Electrical Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing electrical construction projects, ensuring field staff performance, subcontractor compliance, and project profitability.

Responsibilities

• Manage electrical construction projects and oversee field staff and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with contract documents, budgets, and safety regulations.
• Coordinate project scheduling and monitor project accounting.
• Maintain positive relationships with clients, vendors, and P1 Group staff.
• Lead subordinates following P1 Group’s leadership model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction or electrical engineering related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as an Electrical Construction Project Manager.
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and meet company vehicle operation qualifications.
