Job Description

APX Construction Group LLC, a leader in innovation and excellence in the construction industry, is seeking an experienced Estimator to join our dynamic team. As an Estimator, you will be responsible for collaborating with project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to provide accurate cost estimates and project budgets for commercial projects.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely completion of estimates within budget and scope.
• Analyze project plans, specifications, and scope of work to produce detailed project costs estimates.
• Manage relationships with subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring competitive pricing and material availability.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and material costs.
• Provide regular reports to management on estimating activities, project costs, and bid performance.

Requirements

• 2-year degree in Construction Management or related field.
• 5+ years of estimating and procurement management experience.
• Strong knowledge of commercial construction industry practices and materials.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple project bids simultaneously and collaborate effectively with team members.
