Job Description

APX Construction Group LLC is seeking a skilled Estimator to enhance our estimating team. As an Estimator, you will collaborate with project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to determine project costs, manage budgets, and provide detailed estimates for commercial construction projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, project management experience, and the ability to maintain collaborative relationships.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate on project estimates, ensuring completion within budget and scope
• Analyze project plans and specifications to produce detailed cost estimates
• Manage project costs and communicate effectively with project teams
• Participate in bid review meetings and provide insights to enhance competitiveness
• Stay updated on industry trends, material costs, and construction technologies

Requirements

• 2-year degree in Construction Management or related field
• 5+ years of estimating and procurement management experience
• 2 years of Project Manager experience in Commercial Construction (preferred)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple project bids simultaneously
• Collaborative, flexible, and innovative mindset
