Job Description

Develon is seeking a talented National Accounts Field Service Manager to join our innovative team. As the Field Service Manager, you will be responsible for managing service support for National, Key Accounts, and Large Governmental contracts, ensuring customer satisfaction and optimizing machine uptime.

Responsibilities

  • Manage service and parts relationships with National, Key accounts, and New York City Sanitation.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to address service, warranty, and parts issues promptly.
  • Develop and conduct training programs for service managers and technicians.
  • Monitor and resolve fleet issues proactively using Develon Fleet Management.
  • Administer Field Modifications and Call Tracs Management efficiently.

Requirements

  • Degree in Engineering or Technical field preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in construction equipment industry.
  • Strong technical knowledge of Develon Heavy products.
  • Effective communication, teamwork, and time management skills.
  • Ability to travel 25-50%.
