Frontline Associate

Job Description

Arete Collective LP is looking for a dedicated Frontline Associate to join the Thomas Ranch Team. This unique role involves a combination of groundskeeping, housekeeping, gardening, and errand running for our internal staff and tenants. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills.

Core Responsibilities

• Groundskeeping and landscaping duties.
• Housekeeping support for internal staff.
• Errand running as required.
• Assisting with event logistics, budgeting, invoicing, and reporting.

Key Tasks

• Watering plants at various locations.
• Managing trash removal and recycling.
• Feeding farm animals and tending to the garden.
• Weeding, lawn maintenance, and cleaning swimming pool and pond.
• Running errands such as grocery shopping and car maintenance.
• Office cleaning, bedroom turnover, and minor maintenance work.
• Assisting with ranch gate maintenance, branding, and horse stall cleaning.
• Other duties as assigned.

This is a full-time on-site position located in Spicewood with a competitive hourly wage.
